Core Sleep: 4-7am
1st Nap: 12-12:20pm
2nd Nap: 5:20-5:40pm
3rd Nap: 10:40-11pm
This may look haphazard at first glance, but it is actually quite elegant. This schedule gives me four five-hour sections of time each day. Each block is exactly five hours long.
These are the target times. Inevitably, unexpected events arise that make it impossible to follow these times exactly. Fortunately, the impact of napping not at precisely the correct time is less severe with Everyman Sleep than with Uberman Sleep.

Hi,
This is actually my current sleep schedule, and it works very well. We have the posibility to sleep more if we need or want to for instance one day after a hard tournament or so.
And it will be for the college easier for you than with uberman.

Looks good as a schedule - so good in fact that I think I'm going to steal it from you, though I may move all the naps back 20 minutes, to allow a bit more flexibility with my schedules. The break down looks pretty good though.
Wonderful to see another laiguoren studying the lovely hanyu. Wo wu nian xue le hanyu - shi wo zui xihuan de yu. gongxi ni!
